Service Description
Small group volleyball training sessions are an excellent way for athletes to receive focused and individualized attention from a skilled and experienced sports trainer. These sessions are designed to enhance athlete development by providing tailored instruction in volleyball skills training that is specific to each participant's needs and goals. With personalized coaching, athletes can work on specific aspects of their game that require improvement, whether it's serving, setting, spiking, or defensive techniques. This hands-on approach ensures that each player can develop their skills effectively and efficiently in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Personal Training Policies All Personal Training should be purchased and paid for online at We Train Athletes.Org. Training packages must be purchased in advance of training sessions and fitness assessments. Clients must pay in full for their packages. Clients may elect to transfer to a different trainer at any time for any reason by contacting the administrative staff. Training sessions are 55 minutes in length and will be conducted at the P8 Sports Complex. Individual training sessions will be conducted as one-on-one training sessions only. Personal Training will be conducted by current, on-duty Coaching staff. Clients can download the We Train Athletes App to manage and check in for their paid sessions.
